Real estate is something I have always been interested in, enjoying open homes even as a teenager. As a property manager, I enjoy the fast-paced environment, working with many different people, getting out and about and solving problems. I look after a good mix of residential homes and student apartments.
Before joining the team at Edinburgh, I worked for a law firm before completing university study with a Bachelor of Commerce. I have also worked for a variety of international volunteer organisations based in Dunedin. My role at Education Perfect involved looking after 160 schools. I came to know the teachers well over a number of years, working with them to meet their needs. I have a lot of experience working with diverse groups of people from all ages and backgrounds.
Property management for me is helping people come together to meet their ideal outcome. Tenants get to find the right place for them, and landlords can maintain their properties so they can be lived in for years to come. Not one for dilly-dallying - I like to get onto the job straight away! It is also personally important to me that houses are well maintained.
Away from work, I’m a keen gardener and enjoy hiking, and walking my dog.
