If you are still looking for your dream flat in Scarfieland for 2025 then keep a continual eye on our website and refresh the pages as you go.

We cannot advertise a flat until we have received notification from our current tenants as to whether or not it will be available.

All additional flats that become available for 2025 will be added to this website.

BOOKING A VIEWING

All bookings must be made through our website www.edinburgh.co.nz

If there are no scheduled viewing times listed for the property you wish to view please select the ‘Join Property Waitlist’ button. Follow the prompts and you will then be notified via email of the next available viewing that you can book.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please note your application will only be considered if you and members of your flat group have viewed the property

Once viewed, applications will be processed within 3 - 5 working days

You will be notified if you are shortlisted for the property or if your application has not been successful

When first applying please enter in all of your groups email addresses correctly
