Ask anyone and they will tell you I highly appreciate organisation so it’s no wonder I love what I do! I have long had an interest in joining the property management industry and when the opportunity came along to gain some work experience with the Edinburgh team I jumped at the chance! I took to the challenges and complexities of the role instantly and was thrilled when a full-time position became available.

My exceptional interpersonal skills were built and strengthened in my previous roles in customer service and hairdressing/barbering. I build strong and trusted relationships with students, residential tenants, contractors, and clients. Clear and focused communication is key, and my approachable and professional nature is recognised by tenants and clients on a regular basis.

I love a good challenge and always aim to resolve issues in a calm and organised manner. I pride myself on providing an efficient and thorough service while building rapport with those I meet, including my fellow team of property managers. They’re a great bunch of people and we have a lot fun in and amongst the hard work!

Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the different towns and landscapes of our beautiful country. I love a good adventurous holiday!
