Merrin entered into commercial sales and leasing in 2013, after having worked in a number of sectors including sales, shipping, tourism, marketing and public relations.
Her knowledge of the leasing market has been invaluable in relation to executing successful commercial sales, making her a top performer in the industry.
Merrin has an excellent track record in concluding successful commercial deals across all sectors; her marketing and negotiation skills are second to none.
Merrin is an active board member with the Otago Community Hospice and co-chair of the Southern Heritage Trust.
Educated at Otago University with BCom in Marketing (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts, in her spare time Merrin can be found riding her R3 Yamaha, playing golf and spending time with her family.
