Noel Jenkins
Dunedin Residential Sales
Not much flusters Noel. He loves working with people and seeing their satisfaction when they buy or sell a house. And if there are any glitches along the way – no problem. Perhaps it’s because he’s also an auctioneer that he thrives under pressure.
Let's talk
My profile
I’ve been selling property for the past 31 years and been a licensed auctioneer for the past 19 years.
When people say real estate is a way of life, they are 100 per cent right. It’s about enjoying working with people – any time of the day – and the satisfaction of seeing people buy and sell property successfully.
I work across residential, investment and student property. I’m a landlord myself, so I understand buyers’ and sellers’ needs and expectations in this area. The market is always changing, so it’s important for me, as a property consultant, to stay abreast of influencing factors and keep my buyers and sellers fully informed.
Home is Waverley. I have a soft spot for this corner of Dunedin and especially value the opportunity to market properties in my favourite suburb.
And, I call all the auctions for Edinburgh Realty, which means I am completely up with the play around auction sales.
It’s a rare property transaction that doesn’t have an issue to work through or wee glitch to sort. I don’t shy away from resolving situations that arise during a sale process. If it needs to be sorted, we’ll sort it.
