With a passion for organisation and a genuine desire to help people, I was drawn to property management as the perfect blend of both. I love the dynamic nature of the role—no two days are the same, whether I’m overseeing maintenance, liaising with tenants, or ensuring everything runs smoothly. Problem-solving, creating positive experiences, and making a real impact in people’s lives is what makes this work so rewarding.
With nearly eight years in customer service, I’ve developed strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills across a variety of roles. My time at MSD and the DCC provided invaluable experience in handling diverse responsibilities, which now helps me navigate the fast-paced world of property management with confidence and care.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three teenagers (plus my husband, who sometimes counts as a fourth!). Family time is everything to me—whether it’s movie nights, binge-watching a new series, or getting stuck into a good puzzle. I also love painting my nails and unwinding with some creative colouring.
