What’s on in Otago this September

This September get out there and support Otago rugby, take in some mountain adventures and waltz the night away.

It’s a big rugby weekend mid-month at the Forsyth Barr Stadium. On Saturday 12 September cheer on Otago against Auckland in their first home game of the Mitre 10 Cup. Then on Sunday 13 September, show your support for the Otago Spirit against the Hawke’s Bay.

On Friday 18 September get your bustle on and put a spring in your step at the Larnach Castle Annual Winter Ball, moved down the calendar a little and promising an excellent night out. 

Enjoy heading to the mountains? On Thursday 24 September, let the mountains come to you - with the Banff Film Festival. Take in rock climbing, paragliding, white water paddling, exotic landscapes and remote cultures, all from the comfort of your seat at the Regent Theatre.
