Property Management: Welcome back, students

It’s March already. O-week is behind us and the new University semester kicked off this week. Welcome to new and returning students. It’s good to see so many happy, fresh faces around the city, again.

The Edinburgh Realty Property Management team is reporting increased numbers of quality properties across their portfolios – which is great, as students’ expectations are rising each year. Another noticeable trend is the growing popularity of three and four-bedroom properties.

Reminder: I know 1 July 2019 feels a long way off, but do keep in mind that rental properties will need to meet the new ceiling and floor insulation standards by this date.
