Get a Room 2020 out this week!

Edition one of Get a Room for 2020 comes out this Thursday, 6 June. Since March, eager hordes of students have popped by our office, keen to find a property to rent for next year. Fortunately, the Highlanders have our back, helping us hand out Get a Room magazines this Thursday morning on campus. Don’t drop the ball – if you or someone you know needs a place for next year, get down there to score your copy or come and see us!

Last year one lucky tenant rode away on a tartan electric scooter. This year we’ll have more prizes, so more tenants can win with prizes every month for the rest of the year! The sooner students sign up for one of our flats or studio rooms, the more prizes they're eligible to win.

Because rental property demand is so high, we think our flats will let at record speed this year. Don’t panic, our experienced hard-working team is ready to dive headfirst into student letting season with an amazing portfolio of more than 1,100 properties. Hey team, why is rental property demand so high?

We believe there’s a shortage of rental properties due to first home buyers using Kiwisaver to snap up properties that were, up until recently, part of the rental market.
