Sign Your 2026 Flat & Win
Flatting with Edinburgh for 2026? You’re automatically in the draw for our biggest prize yet! If you sign your student flat with us by 31 August 2025, you could take home a massive haul of entertainment essentials to transform your student living space.
How to Enter:
- Sign your 2026 student flat with us before Saturday 31 August 2025. (All flats signed with us from May 2025 onward are automatically entered – no extra steps needed!)
Entries close: Saturday 31 August 2025 at 11:59 PM
Winner drawn: Early September – announced on Facebook and contacted directly.

- One entry per signed tenancy agreement – the whole flat goes in the draw together.
- The winner will be drawn at random.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Design Your Own Flat Sign
We’re looking for creativity, colour, and bold design with our Design Your Own Flat Sign competition! Whether you go digital or get crafty, we want to see your take on the ultimate student flat sign.
How to Enter:
- Design your own flat sign using any medium – it can be digital or physical. (Size limit for physical entries: No larger than A3.)
- Email digital entries to: rentalsreception@edinburgh.co.nz
- Drop off physical entries to our reception at 578 George Street, Dunedin.
- You must be following our Edinburgh Student Rentals Facebook page to be eligible.
Entries close: Tuesday 27 August 2025 at 5:00 PM
Winner drawn: Monday 1 September 2025 – LIVE on our Facebook page and contacted directly shortly after.
The Prizes:
