The time has come – our highly anticipated Get A Room 2026 student flat list is officially live!

Whether you’re a returning tenant or on the hunt for your first flat, Get A Room offers one of the best opportunities in Dunedin to explore quality student housing options early. Copies of the 2026 list are now available from our office and can also be found at locations all across North Dunedin – so keep an eye out!

We’ve made things simple: once you spot a flat you like, you can book a viewing and apply online directly through our website. Properties tend to go quickly, so we recommend acting fast if something catches your eye.
