Welcome Stephan

We’re thrilled to welcome Stephan Griesel to our Dunedin office as the newest member of our residential sales team. With a deep-rooted passion for property, people, and business, Stephan brings a unique blend of real-world experience and personable professionalism to his role as a Residential Property Consultant.

Originally from South Africa, Stephan’s property journey started early - helping with investment property bookkeeping during school holidays - and has grown into a full-time career he truly loves. Over the years, he’s worn many hats: investor, developer, landlord, and consultant. From managing residential and commercial portfolios to negotiating high-value deals and exploring smart property automation, Stephan’s expertise is both broad and practical.

Since relocating to New Zealand, Stephan has embraced residential sales with a client-first approach that’s all about clear communication, genuine connection, and helping people make confident decisions. Whether you're buying your first home, upsizing, or preparing to sell, Stephan’s grounded nature, strategic thinking, and problem-solving mindset are here to support you every step of the way.

When he's not working, Stephan is a devoted family man, spending time with his wife Suretha and their two energetic boys, Reuben and Christiaan. He loves road trips, overlanding, fishing, and wildlife photography.
