We're delighted to welcome James to the Edinburgh Realty team as our newest Sales Agent.
James brings a genuine people-first approach to residential real estate, along with extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and relationship management. He is passionate about helping people navigate some of life's biggest decisions and is committed to making every property journey as smooth and positive as possible.
Before joining Edinburgh Realty, James spent many years in operational leadership roles within the pharmaceutical wholesale industry, where he led customer-focused teams and managed a busy branch. His background has equipped him with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure, qualities that translate seamlessly into helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals.
James believes that honest communication, trust, and lasting relationships are at the heart of great real estate service. He takes pride in being approachable, dependable, and providing practical guidance from the first conversation through to settlement.
As a proud member of the Edinburgh Realty team, James is excited to build strong connections throughout the Dunedin community while establishing a long-term career in real estate.
When he's not helping clients, James enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of the outdoors. Whether it's camping, exploring local beaches, gardening, watching sport, or working on his campervan, he loves staying active and creating memories with those closest to him. And like many of us, he believes every great day starts with a good coffee!
