Our 2026 student properties officially went live on 25 July across our digital and print platforms, and since then our property management team has been running at full steam – averaging an incredible 40 viewings a day.

We’ve already seen a strong wave of re-signs from current tenants and an enthusiastic response from new applicants. The team is working tirelessly to make sure every property is front and centre for next year’s students, with a focus on early sign-ups to secure great tenants for 2026.

This year, we’ve supercharged our Get A Room campaign with exciting competitions in partnership with Big Save Dunedin, designed to attract attention and drive enquiry for your properties. From flat sign design contests to a huge sign-with-us prize draw (including TVs, sound systems, gaming consoles, and more), these giveaways are promoted online, in print, on billboards, and across North Dunedin – all to get your property seen, loved, and tenanted faster.

We’ve also rolled out a three-week billboard campaign, a fresh 3,500-copy brochure distributed to key student hotspots, and targeted social media marketing to keep your property top-of-mind for flat hunters. Our dedicated Get A Room web page makes it easy for students to filter properties, book viewings, and apply online – creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
