The Healthy Homes 1 July deadline has passed - what now?

The Healthy Homes 1 July deadline may have come and gone, but there is still time to bring your rental in line with the new standards.

“From July 1: Private landlords must ensure their rental properties comply with the healthy homes standards within 90 days of any new, or renewed, tenancy.”
