Property Management - Alana’s back!

We are thrilled to have Alana Grant return to the team as our Property Manager for Mosgiel. Previously at Edinburgh, Alana worked as a senior Property Manager in the Dunedin team.

For the last three years, she has gained wide-ranging practical skills and knowledge of the building industry – of proven benefit for re-entering the rental game.

Back home at Edinburgh, taking care of property in Mosgiel and surrounding areas, Alana is where she is meant to be – her own backyard. Alana believes the key to creating successful ongoing relationships with tenants and landlords is good old fashioned open, honest communication.
