Lot 47 - a home the community built

Edinburgh Central are proud to support Lot 47, a joint fundraising project between Cromwell Rotary and Lions Clubs. Together with the Cromwell community and donations from local businesses and individuals of time, products and services, the project is building a dream three bedroom home to be sold by auction for Cromwell St John.

All profits from the sale will go towards building a new, state of the art station for St John, to serve the Central Otago region for years to come.

The dream home is architecturally designed and already taking shape at Lot 47, Prospectors Park. You can view plans and progress online at www.lot47.co.nz. Due for completion this spring, Edinburgh Central will then be marketing and auctioning this very special home. Stay tuned!
