Admin & Marketing

As Office Manager and AML Compliance Officer, I oversee the smooth running of our office operations and lead our dedicated admin team, while also supporting the Directors and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements. My role is all about keeping things ticking behind the scenes—creating an environment where our team can thrive and our clients can feel confident in the systems that support their real estate journey.

I first joined the Edinburgh family back in 2013 as a part-time Personal Assistant for the Lifestyle and Rural team. With a background in hotel and conference management, and prior experience in real estate, I knew exactly what I was stepping into—and I loved it. The fast-paced, varied nature of the real estate world keeps me on my toes, and no two days are ever the same.

What I enjoy most about my role is the people. I take real pride in building a positive team culture, maintaining clear and effective communication, and staying one step ahead to keep things running smoothly. I’m highly organised, responsive, and always happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

Edinburgh is a special place to work, and it’s the supportive, passionate people that make it that way. I feel lucky to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and works together to achieve great things.
