Meet our brand new Property Managers

We warmly welcome three new property managers to the team:

Chrissy Simpson

Chrissy previously trained in early childhood education, has experience working with people with intellectual disability, and worked in administration in the investment industry.

“The best part of being a property manager is meeting people and building relationships with clients. It’s a fast paced role that is diverse and requires a great deal of problem solving, which I enjoy.”

Leighton Jones

Leighton’s background includes 20 years teaching English as a Second Language in Taiwan. He enjoys dealing with people from all backgrounds.

“I appreciate the juggling act of working as go-between for the needs of tenants and owners. Being able to think outside the box is important for coming up with a suitable compromise.”

Matt McKinlay

Matt has always worked in property management, his local knowledge and experience complementing more than 10 years in the real estate industry.

"I enjoy the vibrancy of the role, getting out and about with a variety of people and properties, and finding order in any situation.”
