Edinburgh Central Art Awards – Exhibition opens next week!

Entries for the inaugural Edinburgh Central Art Awards have now closed and excitement is building! The Edinburgh Realty Central Otago team and the Central Otago Art Society created the new community event to showcase our talented local artists.

Cromwell-based artist Rachel Hirabayashi will judge two of the three categories: Supreme and Central Otago Essence and the Edinburgh Realty Directors will choose the Edinburgh Choice.

On Friday 9 November the category winners will be announced at a private viewing for the artists and their guests in Cromwell. We will also announce the winners on our Facebook page and website.

During the three day exhibition at the Lake Dunstan Boat Club you can view all of the entries – paintings and sculptures – and even purchase an artwork if you happen to fall in love. (You will!)

Edinburgh Central Art Awards viewing times:

Friday 9 November: 10am – 6pm
Saturday 10 November: 10am – 5pm
Sunday 11 November: 10am – 4pm
