If there's one thing colleagues and clients alike would agree on, it's that organisation is my strong suit. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where clear communication, problem-solving, and meaningful connections are essential. When the opportunity arose to gain hands-on experience with the Edinburgh property management in 2022, I knew it was the perfect fit and I haven’t looked back since.
From the very beginning, I embraced the challenges of the role with enthusiasm and determination. There's a real sense of reward in supporting people through the often-complex rental process whether it’s assisting tenants, resolving maintenance issues efficiently, or ensuring our clients feel informed and cared for. These day-to-day moments have helped me build trust-based relationships and reinforce the value of responsive, compassionate service.
My background in customer service, alongside several years in the hairdressing and barbering industry, has given me a unique edge when it comes to interpersonal communication. I bring a natural ability to put people at ease, paired with a professional and solution-focused mindset. Whether I'm liaising with students, residential tenants, contractors, or landlords, I always aim to provide service that is not only reliable and clear, but genuinely approachable and supportive.
What I enjoy most about this role is the variety, no two days are ever quite the same and the opportunity to work as part of a fantastic, collaborative team. The Edinburgh property management crew is made up of passionate, driven individuals who bring out the best in one another. We work hard, stay connected, and never forget to bring a bit of humour into our day-to-day.
Outside of work, I’m committed to making the most of life. I love exploring different parts of New Zealand with my family, taking adventurous holidays, and recharging through my creative side, especially with hairdressing and barbering when time allows. I'm also an avid basketball/netball fan and never say no to a bit of retail therapy!
