I got into property management after deciding it was time for a change in direction. I’d been in the building industry for several years and was ready to try something new.

I’ve now been in the industry for two years and bring with me a background in construction and operations. Before joining Edinburgh, I spent around five years as the Branch Manager of Expol in Cromwell, followed by a year working from home as the Operations Manager for Otago Foundations Limited. That experience gave me a solid understanding of how homes are built and maintained, which definitely comes in handy in my current role.

What I enjoy most about the job is the people I work with — the agents in the Cromwell office make each day that much better. The job just wouldn’t be the same without them.

Outside of work, life keeps me busy as a mum to my 10-year-old son, Riley. You’ll usually find me on the sidelines cheering him on at his sports games or when I do get a quiet moment, I love relaxing with a good book or movie — and I always appreciate a strong coffee in the morning, thanks to our Agent Ross in our office for keeping me caffeinated and ready to go!
