I was drawn to property management due to its dynamic nature and the opportunity it provides to make a positive impact on both individuals, families, and communities.
My background in local government, particularly in Parks and Recreation, gave me a strong foundation in community engagement and service. Transitioning into property management allowed me to apply these skills in a different context. In addition to my government work, I also owned and continue to operate successful cafe businesses. My background as a contractor significantly enhances my approach to property management. I bring a keen eye for property maintenance and improvement. I understand the importance of proactive upkeep and timely repairs to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
My philosophy in property management centres around fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships. Transparency is key in my approach. I strive to ensure that property owners are well-informed about the status of their investments, and tenants are aware of their rights and responsibilities. I go above and beyond to provide a unique and tailored service that addresses the specific needs and goals of each customer.
My personal interests include a deep love for cricket. I find joy in the camaraderie and sportsmanship that cricket fosters, and I actively participate in local cricket events both playing and watching whenever possible.
I have an off grid tiny house homestead, which has become a fulfilling project for me. Embracing a minimalist and sustainable lifestyle, I enjoy the challenges and rewards of managing a small, efficient living space.
Family plays a central role in my life, and I am a proud parent of three children. Balancing my professional endeavours with family life has taught me the importance of adaptability and effective time management.
